Our ProgramsKids Classes Martial Arts are very important for the development of Children. The School encourages good grades, respect for elders, good behavior and good development of social skills. The Martial Arts teaches kids balance, motor skills, strength and flexibility. Our teaching practices are effective because the kids are learning while they are having fun. Ultimate Fighting This class combines elements of Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling, and Submission Grappling to form Ultimate Fighting. Students will learn everything about Ultimate Fighting from punching and kicking to submissions and ground-n-pound. This class is broken down into 3 levels: Level 1 (Beginner), Level 2 (Intermediate/Advanced), Level 3(Fighter Training) Brazilian Jiu-jitsu BJJ, a derivative of Judo and traditional Japanese Jiu-jitsu, is known for its realistic approach to self defense. Based on the principles of superior positioning and leverage, the techniques of BJJ do not rely on strength to be effective. BJJ utilizes takedowns, chokes, arm-locks, leg-locks, and cranks in order to control and subdue even much bigger and stronger opponents. Submission Grappling Submission Grappling is very similar to Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, except without the use of the gi or kimono. Enjoy this fast paced workout in which you will burn fat, gain strength and flexibility, and increase your cardio. Women’s Kickboxing and Fitness Get off those boring treadmills and benefit from our kickboxing and fitness program made exclusively for women. This class is designed to strengthen and tone your bodies by the use of circuit, resistance, and "kick-butt" cardio training.
